The focus of Structured Strength is to deliver structured programming that suits the individual needs of its clientele. Structured Strength uses a mixture of RPE and percentage based training, depending on the needs of each client. Cody will work with you to learn RPE if you are interested in this type of training. Otherwise, he has experience working with percentage based training. While he comes from a powerlifting background Cody is well versed in training for overall health and can help you meet your goals.
